Sometimes when you look up into the forest's branches, one can see images like faces in the leaves. In the elder days, that "face" was said to be a vision of the Greenman. This "Spirit of the Wood" was revered through out the Celtic lands as a manifestation of the Woods themselves, an aspect of the God. Later, lore has it spoken of the Greenman through out the legends of
Author. This is my own interpretation of the Lord of the Trees, bedecked with acorns and leaves.
